Overview

Smile Brands Inc. is looking for a Credit Services Administrator Specialist to join our team to support our dental offices and patients


Responsibilities

  • Ability to evaluate calls for quality assurance and performance of agents
  • Ability to communicate and deliver performance results
  • Work with all patient financial service agents (collections, customer service for both dental and finance programs)
  • Understand all policies and procedures for all departments associated with call evaluations
  • Professionally handle inbound/outbound calls from internal and external customers
  • Ability to multi-task and switch gears while maintaining organization and providing excellent customer service
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Understand customer's account and business rules to provide accurate information to our customers
  • Data entry, administrative and processing experience recommended
  • Assist with projects as needed
