Your Role as a Dental Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator

You’ll be an important member of the front office and clinical team. Your shining personality will help put them at ease. Plus, you’ll help them manage their schedules and financial commitments associated with their care. You’ll also be:

• Verifying and collecting insurance coverage information
• Assisting with financial arrangements for their treatment
• Booking appointments, answering general questions, and other associated support
• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
