Overview

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing immediate response and follow up to managers, Regional Coaches, and team members in cross-functional areas of HR for immediate resolution. This position will collaborate closely with other members of the HR team to assist in employee relations and investigations, LOA cases, acquisitions, UI hearings, and project work. Along with the day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support
  • Provides efficient and effective support and stellar customer service to managers and team members via telephone, email, and support tickets
  • Documents and updates HR processes for use in providing support
  • Tracks HR-related questions and concerns via support ticket for metrics/tracking
  • Investigates ER concerns
  • Creates corrective actions, and performance improvement plans

Human Resource Administration
  • Generates office collection reports from QSI to prepare doctor payroll upload file semi-monthly.
  • Coordinates, processes and tracks leaves of absence (LOA), FMLA and state disability programs
  • Provides support through the office acquisition process
  • Keeps current all documents relative to company information
  • Handles COVID management while following state and CDC guidelines
  • Manages our Doctor Payroll Process

Employee Records
  • Enters employment/benefit data into HRIS/payroll

Systems/information management
  • Maintains data in HR systems for accuracy and updates
  • Collects, audits, tracks and maintains compliance of all state and federal licensure and credentialing forms
  • Maintains compliance and audits of Form I-9
  • Monitors and updates employment posters to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Recruitment
  • Monitors electronic onboard and offboard processes

Other Duties
  • Provides support with projects as needed by the HR team and team members
  • Will be expected to perform any and all related duties as assigned by manager

Responsibilities

What We Need From You

  • Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 Years HR Experience
  • Dental Knowledge
  • Management of Multi-Site Dental Offices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
  • Self-directed and able to meet firm deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills
