The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment and have excellent communication skills. Base pay + highly competitive commission bonus structure.


Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:

•Promote company culture by providing excellent customer service: interact with customers, teams, and field staff in recovery efforts & dispute resolutions

•Handle escalated customer concerns with quick and reasonable decisions to defuse the situation, while following proper procedures and approvals

•Provide training and feedback resulting in the professional and performance development of the staff

•Builds rapport and motivate team for best results by conducting team huddles, incentive contests, etc.

•Conduct outbound and inbound calls

•Negotiate and secure payments from customers in an effort to resolve and prevent past due balances

•Understand and explain account status and activity. May include credit history, insurance benefits, etc.

•Meet and drive expectations to ensure business needs are met

•Assist management with business improvement and development, as needed


Responsibilities

  • Negotiation/sales skills
  • Excellent attendance/dependable
  • Handle a high volume of calls - meet/exceed call goals
  • Type 35WPM minimum
  • 10-key by touch
