Smile Brands is seeking a highly motivated team members to join our Patient Services Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment and have excellent communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
•Promote company culture by providing excellent customer service: interact with customers, teams, field staff, etc.
•Conduct outbound and inbound calls
•Understand and explain patient account status and activity. Insurance billing experience a plus
•Meeting daily expectations to ensure goals and business needs are met
•Negotiate and secure payments from customers in an effort to resolve and prevent past due balances.
