The Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role within Smile Brands Talent Acquisition team. This role provides support to our Recruiting team members in various aspects. This role requires extensive interaction with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Recruiting Team by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Prepare, create, place and manage job postings, assemble recruitment materials, complete background checks
•Generate weekly, monthly, and annual recruiting reports
•Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to post jobs, generate reports, track candidates, etc.
•Support the development and maintenance of existing recruitment tools and resources
•Maintain monthly expense reporting; travel, recruitment expenses, one-time new store against budget
•Organize travel and interview arrangements for both recruiter and candidates as needed.
•Assist on special projects as directed.
•Support the review and screening of candidate resumes for specific job requirements and forward to the hiring manager
•Assist in managing day-to-day activities for Onboarding tasks and help ensure processes are followed with accuracy and in a timely manner
•Assist with immigration-related projects
