Your Role as Recruitment Systems Analyst
•Conducts health check of our ATS/CRM instance, works with reporting modules and custom reports, recommends action plan for improvements in production.
•Assesses current ATS/CRM instance, develops an action plan to implement the desired recommendations.
•Leverage the system and its current configuration. Where applicable, build new, or modify existing, candidate selection workflows to improve candidate/applicant experience, as well as create a more efficient internal system and hiring manager user experience in the Hiring Manager Portal
•Assesses gaps between business processes our ATS and HRIS system with data collection and make recommendations for changes. Assist with integration project.
•Provide system maintenance updates and troubleshoot system issues
•Assist with relevant job-aids for power users
•Assist with system configuration to improve CRM instance.
•Provides recommendations for modifications to system
•Cleans-up and conducts maintenance of workflows, custom reporting, landing pages and templates
•Reviews, tests and validates existing Avature functionality and reports
•Provides training on functionality and report development within Avature
•Supports of end user testing and defect resolution
•Participate in optimization projects
What We Need From You
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, required
•Strong written and oral communications skills
•Strong systems/process orientation
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
•Ability to prioritize and execute a high volume of tasks
•CRM certifications or advanced ATS/CRM experience preferred (Avature/iCims)
•Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
•Exceptional Excel, Visio and Power point
