Overview

The Recruiting Administrator plays an important role within Smile Brands Talent Acquisition team. This role provides support to our Recruiting team members in various aspects. The Recruiting Administrator will contribute to the overall success of the Recruiting Team by providing support to the and quality throughout. This is a temporary full-time position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Generate weekly, monthly, and annual recruiting reports

● Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to generate reports, high volume data entry, track candidates, etc.

● Support the development and maintenance of existing recruitment tools and resources

● Assist on special projects as directed.

● Support the review and screening of candidate resumes for specific job requirements and forward to the appropriate team member

● Provide status updates to employees and leaders applicants and status of project

Responsibilities

What We Need From You

  • Human Resources or related work experience is required.
  • Expert MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Photoshop) required.
  • Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail and confidentiality are equally important.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent file maintenance and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and with others to support strong team development.
  • ● High volume data entry experience is required
