Matthew B. Zubiller

With over two decades of leadership in the technology and healthcare industries, Matthew B. Zubiller is responsible for leading and shaping Smile Brand’s enterprise strategy, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), operational integration, and innovative programs such as digital scanning, provider and patient engagement, and value-based payment initiatives. In addition, Matt has responsibility for revenue expansion through partnerships, including alternate treatment site relationships, technology solutions, and retail opportunities. Working across all of Smile’s practices and corporate functions, Matthew’s focus is on delivering portfolio growth. He leads Smile’s corporate development, payer engagement, and sales teams.

Most recently he held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and M&A at AMN Healthcare Services Corporation (NYSE:AMN), a $2 Billion healthcare staffing and workforce solutions provider serving healthcare organizations across the nation. Previous to AMN, Matthew held senior executive, operational, strategic and M&A leadership roles at McKesson Corporation (NYSE:MCK) since 2005. These roles included leading corporate strategy, VP & GM for their revenue cycle technology and services business, leading their analytics, payments, and consumer solutions, as well as VP & GM of their Decision Management business driving their flagship InterQual utilization management solutions for providers and payers globally. Matthew also created McKesson’s Advanced Diagnostics business which saved Medicare over $1B by paying for the right molecular tests.

Prior to McKesson, Matthew worked globally in the healthcare and technology space as an entrepreneur and strategic advisor to growth stage and multinational corporations. He co-founded CollegeHire a company focused on using technology and services to connect top university talent with the right jobs.

Throughout his career, Matt has excelled at finding ways to grow revenue and the customer base, increase margins, leverage technology, improve process design, and target the right strategic partners to deliver new growth. Matthew continues to work closely with the board and management teams of several healthcare and technology startups to help them build clear plans for growth while assembling world class teams.

A frequent author and speaker with several patents pending, Matthew holds an MBA from London Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate of Management of Technology from the Berkeley College of Engineering and Haas School of Business. In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, Love and two children, Texas and India.
