Beyond his functional responsibilities, Brad led several cross-functional teams and partnered closely with practice owners and the dental operations team to drive dozens of revenue enhancement, process optimization, technology implementation and cost management initiatives.

Earlier in his career he was a Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young, where he worked with and provided services to a wide range of private and publicly held companies.

Brad received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Eastern Michigan University, which he attended on a full athletic scholarship. Brad was a 2011 Orange County CFO of the Year finalist, awarded by the Orange County Business Journal in association with CalCPA and Price Waterhouse Coopers. He also serves as an Operating Partner for Shore Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on micro-cap healthcare companies.
