CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Brad Schmidt is Chief Financial Officer at OneSmile, LLC, and Smile Brands Inc. (SBI). Brad co-founded OneSmile in 2015 and was with Smile Brands from 1998 through 2013, initially serving as Vice President and Controller through 2002, then subsequently as Chief Financial Officer for over a decade.
SVP & CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Victoria Harvey brings over 20 years of legal experience to Smile Brands Inc. (SBI). She joined Smile Brands in 2014 as Associate General Counsel and was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) in April 2015.
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Scott Mayo serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Smile Brands and is a member of the company’s Executive Management Team. In this role, he leads a dedicated team of human resources professionals committed to advancing the company’s vision of Smiles for Everyone.
CHIEF PLATFORM OFFICER
Matt Hall joined Smile Brands in 2022. He leads the company’s intentional efforts around continually improving all users’ and patients’ experiences to help deliver Smiles for Everyone.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, EAST REGION
Jon Prod is the Chief Operating Officer of the East Region at Smile Brands Inc. (SBI). Jon joined SBI following SBI’s acquisition of Midwest Dental (MWD) in December 2020 after serving as Chief Financial Officer of MWD since 2014.

Lorilee Schmidt is Chief Operating Officer of the West Region, which includes Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Arizona, Utah and Nevada.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS
Dr. Jason Genta serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Smile Brands, where he leads clinical strategy nationwide. In this role, he oversees clinical standards, education, and strategic clinical initiatives, with a focus on advancing quality of care, accelerating innovation, and creating an environment where doctors and hygienists can thrive.

Laura Rod joined Smile Brands, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Marketing in 2025. She leads the company’s marketing strategy, overseeing brand development, patient engagement initiatives, and digital marketing efforts to support Smile Brands’ mission of delivering Smiles for Everyone®.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT ACCOUNTING AND PROFIT OPTIMIZATION
Kory Harvey joined Smile Brands in 2026 as Senior Vice President Accounting and Profit Optimization. He leads the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance functions and leads and supports initiatives to improve the company’s processes and increase efficiency.
SVP REAL ESTATE & STRATEGIC SOURCING
Bill McCarthy joined Smile Brands Inc. in 2002 as Director of Real Estate. Today he serves as Senior Vice President Real Estate & Strategic Sourcing and is responsible for the Company’s new store/office growth as well as all aspects of managing the existing real estate portfolio.
