Kory Harvey joined Smile Brands in 2026 as Senior Vice President Accounting and Profit Optimization. He leads the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance functions and leads and supports initiatives to improve the company’s processes and increase efficiency

Kory is an accounting and finance executive with decades of healthcare experience in ambulatory care, acute hospital-based specialty care, and post-acute care environments. Beginning his career in public accounting, his experience has spanned several industry segments with both publicly traded and privately held businesses. Focusing solely on the healthcare industry after joining AMSURG, he served in executive roles through several business combinations and the company’s evolution after becoming Envision Healthcare. He has led large scale transformation efforts, system implementations, and process improvements. Before joining Smile Brands, Kory served as Vice President Accounting and Corporate Controller at Compassus, one of the largest home health and hospice providers in the United States, where he led accounting, treasury, and reporting integration of multiple business combinations.

Kory is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University. He continues to live near Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife and family.
