Kevin Rogus

VICE PRESIDENT OF MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS

Kevin Rogus is the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Smile Brands. Kevin joined the company in 2018 and is responsible for leading our partnership focused growth strategy. He oversees all Partnerships, Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures across the country. Since joining the company, Smile Brands has completed over 100 partnerships and acquisitions, and has grown from approximately 350 locations to nearly 700 practices today.

Prior to joining Smile Brands, Kevin was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development at Family Care Partners (FCP), a leading independent primary and urgent care provider based in Fort Mill, SC. While serving in this position, Mr. Rogus helped FCP successfully triple the number clinical locations and expand the company’s services into new markets. Before FCP, Mr. Rogus was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley. While at Morgan Stanley, he sourced and led teams in the evaluation and execution of various M&A, equity and debt transactions, along with their clients’ senior management teams. Kevin began his career as an Analyst at Blackrock, one of the world’s largest asset management firms.

Kevin holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a M.B.A from Columbia Business School. Kevin resides in Nashville, TN with his wife and three children.
