Why did you decide to enter the Practice Ownership Program?

Over my years working for Smile Brands, I’ve always approached my role as dentist from the perspective of an owner and, in return, have always felt that level of support from Smile Brands. So, the progression into ownership was very natural. And with the ownership program they have in place, it made sense from a business perspective as well as clinical and philosophical perspectives.

 

What was the highlight or favorite part of the process?

Navigating through legal documents brings inherent headaches and frustrations. However, I greatly appreciate the transparency and support from Smile Brands and their patience in addressing my questions. I am excited to continue growing the practice and the team and to continue providing outstanding patient care for the people in our community.

 

What are you most excited about of the future now being a partner?
