Why did you decide to enter the Practice Ownership Program?

Having been affiliated with Smile Brands for 15 years, my goal has always been to grow with this amazing company, both clinically and financially. Therefore, I decided to enter into office ownership in order to ultimately achieve exponential growth and create a win-win situation for all.

What was the highlight or favorite part of the process?

My favorite part of the process was the wonderful guidance I received from the Mergers and Acquisitions Team. They were very responsive and they answered all my questions. I felt very supported throughout the whole process, which made it very easy and stress free.

What are you most excited about of the future now being a partner?

Being a partner, I am most excited about taking my practice to the next level. I am now more motivated than ever to grow the business, which will create a tremendous return on my investment.

Anything else unique to your experience you’d like to share?

I truly believe this new office ownership will help drive stronger doctor engagement and retention. I have always spoken very highly of our company to other colleagues who are in private practice or with other DSOs. Knowing that office ownership has become an option for our affiliated providers is like having the best of two worlds – one where doctors can thrive in an environment in which they feel fully supported to focus on patient care; and another where they feel they are investing in their future and ensuring financial freedom.
