Steve Bilt is the Chief Executive Officer at Smile Brands Inc. (SBI) and OneSmile, LLC. He co-founded Smile Brands and OneSmile and in 2016 combined the two businesses (collectively “Smile Brands”).
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Brad Schmidt is Chief Financial Officer at OneSmile, LLC, and Smile Brands Inc. (SBI). Brad co-founded OneSmile in 2015 and was with Smile Brands from 1998 through 2013, initially serving as Vice President and Controller through 2002, then subsequently as Chief Financial Officer for over a decade.
PRESIDENT, CLINICAL OPERATIONS
Dr. Alan J. Acierno is a practicing dentist and President, Clinical Operations. He leads the Field Operations and Clinical Operations Teams responsible for all operational and clinical standards, clinical education, and new clinical initiatives.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, PACIFIC WEST REGION
Lorilee Schmidt is Chief Operating Officer of the Pacific West Region, which includes Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Arizona, Utah and Nevada.
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Doug Rutledge joined Smile Brands in 2022 as Chief Information Officer. In this role, Doug is responsible for all IT activities, including application development, data and analytics, infrastructure, IT security and compliance, and service.

Matt Hall joined Smile Brands in 2022 as Chief Experience Officer. He leads the company’s intentional efforts around continually improving all users’ and patients’ experiences to help deliver Smiles for Everyone.
SVP & CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Victoria Harvey brings over 20 years of legal experience to Smile Brands Inc. (SBI). She joined Smile Brands in 2014 as Associate General Counsel and was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) in April 2015.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Jody Martin joined Smile Brands, Inc. as Chief Marketing Officer in June, 2017. She is responsible for all Marketing, Public Relations, and Call Center operations and oversees the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.
SVP REAL ESTATE & STRATEGIC SOURCING
Bill McCarthy joined Smile Brands Inc. in 2002 as Director of Real Estate. Today he serves as Senior Vice President Real Estate & Strategic Sourcing and is responsible for the Company’s new store/office growth as well as all aspects of managing the existing real estate portfolio.

Jon Prod is Senior Vice President of Finance at Smile Brands Inc. (SBI). Jon joined SBI following SBI’s acquisition of Midwest Dental (MWD) in December 2020 after serving as Chief Financial Officer of MWD since 2014.

Kim Marcus has been working in the accounting and finance fields for over 30 years including 11 years with Smile Brands.
