Business Card Ordering Instructions:

For legacy Smile Brands employees: Login to Coupa and place your order. If you do not have a Coupa login, send request details to [email protected] and it will be entered for you.

For legacy Midwest Dental employees: Please email Lisa Lipinski [email protected]

Email Signature Instructions:

Instructions: To update your email signature in the OUTLOOK app on you work computer, copy the below sample and then paste into OUTLOOK. For Web Mail (OWA), please use the attached Word document to copy the email signature to avoid seeing ‘The text you typed is too long’ error.

NOTE: Your email signature in the OUTLOOK app on you work computer is separate from the email signature in Web Mail. You will need to update in both places.
